8:00 - 10:00 a.m. / 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Lauderdale Middle School
Grade 6 Orientation and Registration
August 1, 2006 - 6:30 p.m.
Ripley Primary School
August 3, 2006
5:00 - 6:00 p.m. Parent Orientation meeting
NEW STUDENTS - GRADES 1 - 8
Students who have never attended Lauderdale County Schools
JULY 25, 2006
8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Students NEW to Lauderdale County will register at the
school they will be attending.
All students new to Lauderdale County Schools will need to bring
the following:
Tennessee Health Card Birth Certificate Proof of Custody papers
(if applicable)
Social Security Card Terra Nova Test Results (in state students
only) Records from previous schools
The first day of classes begin on August 7, except for the
following:
Kindergarten classes phase in August 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, - All
Kindergarten students attend August 14. (Parents will be
notified as to which day(s) their child will attend). Child
should be five (5) years old by Sept. 30. 2006.
First grade students phase in August 7 & 8. - All 1st grade
students attend August 9.
RIPLEY HIGH SCHOOL
Thursday, July 27th 12th Grade 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.
11th Grade 12:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Friday, July 28th 10th Grade & 8:00 - 10:00 p.m.
2nd Year Freshmen
Wednesday, August 2nd 9th Grade 8:00 - 3:00 (Freshmen will
remain all (1st Year Freshmen) day.) (Freshmen must be at school
at 8:00 a.m.)
Tuesday, July 25 High School Students 8:00 - 10:00
New to Lauderdale County
HALLS HIGH SCHOOL
Thursday, July 27th 12th Grade 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.
11th Grade 10:00 - 12:00 a.m.
Friday, July 28th 10th Grade 8:00 - 11:00 a.m.
New High School Students 8:00 - 11:00 a.m.
(Students new to Lauderdale County)
Wednesday, August 2nd 9th Grade 8:00 - (Freshmen must be at
school at 8:00 a.m.)
ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL
All students attending the Alternative School will register on
August 7, 2006 at 7:45 a.m. A parent must come to registration
with the student.
